We cater to our busy clients

We’ve noticed over the past five years that our clients are busier and we are used to dealing with time-poor people. We’re busier, too.  While our office is mostly staffed, our sales and design staff are often out of the office on-site at clients’ properties.

To ensure you make the most of your valuable time and guarantee that you meet with the right people without competing with other’s clients for our staff’s attention, we prefer to work by appointment. To accommodate your busy schedule, we're happy to meet with you even early in the morning or in the evening.

New Fidelity prides itself on providing exceptional service to all clients – home renovators, architects, interior designers, builders, developers and music and movie lovers.
It is New Fidelity’s goal to exceed our clients’ expectations every step of the way from initial design through to completion and handover. It is our role to provide you with an entertainment and technology system that will enhance your lifestyle at home, and we believe that the process of achieving this should be complementary to the end result.

  • Design and Plan

You only have one chance to get the design of your home entertainment and technology system right. It is our job to work closely with our clients to bring together their requirements with the products available in the marketplace.
New Fidelity will take the time to ask questions and educate our clients and their families to ensure we fully understand your objectives and provide the best solution tailored to your budget and needs.
We will specify equipment, prepare cabling and technical drawings, floor plans and any programming diagrams and work closely with you or your architect or designer until the time of installation.

  • Supply and Handover

At New Fidelity, we pride ourselves on our level of installation workmanship, attention to detail and reliability. You also have the reassurance that as a member of CEDIA (Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association), we abide by their code of practice.
When the time comes to hand over your new system, we will provide you and your family with the personalised training and instruction required to operate your system.

We don't look like a traditional hi-fi store - because we're not

Our restored grand Victorian Show-house in Darling Street Balmain allows our clients to experience high quality music and movie systems in a totally unique and realistic home demonstration environment.

Bigger is not always better

At New Fidelity, we pride ourselves on our one-on-one service with our clients - being a smaller operation is a great benefit to our clients. We also provide a dedicated designer/project manager for all larger jobs to work closely with our clients to ensure continuity from our first discussions right through to completion and hand-over of the system.

We will tailor a system to fit your needs - and no-one else's

New Fidelity treats each one of its clients as different - we are not selling an inflexible formula. From a mini system under $1,000 through to a substantial whole of house system, our approach to business is exactly the same.

We don't sell technology for technology's sake

There's not much use in having the latest technology in your home if you find it impossible to operate. New Fidelity specialises in balancing practical technology with reliability and ease of use - not technology for technology's sake.

Although price is important to all our clients, the New Fidelity difference is that when combining the cost of the product and our services and expertise, we have an unbeatable package.
New Fidelity monitors the market price of every single product we sell on a weekly basis to ensure that we are competitive. Add to this our staff's experience and commitment to ongoing training and you start to understand the benefit of dealing with New Fidelity.

A normal retail store will sell the product that suits the store to sell you. New Fidelity turns it around and has our clients purchasing the right product for them and their environment. We have heard from many clients that after spending substantial amounts of money with one of our competitors, they have been sold the wrong product, that it won't work with their existing equipment, or that it won't fit, etc. These clients needed the New Fidelity approach.
