On-site consultations

Often clients are seeking our advice on their home entertainment and automation needs, and in most cases it is impossible to give accurate advice without seeing the specifics of their home. Sometimes there is no substitute for New Fidelity coming to your home. In fact many of our busy clients prefer to work with us in this way.

Many clients have used our on-site consultation service over the years and have found it to be invaluable, quite often saving them much time and money. For a nominal charge (that is deducted from your system price when you go ahead with your purchase – conditions apply), we will come to your property to give you on-the-spot advice for the right solution for your property. Our experience has found that by having an on-site consultation with us, clients can save themselves months of looking and potentially receiving incorrect advice.

No obligation to buy

Obviously we can recommend products but quite often we are providing conceptual and practical advice only.

The advantage of paying for a professional to give you advice is that there is no obligation to purchase any further products or services.
